What exactly do you sell?
Cookout, grill-prep and picnic accessories: tools, mitts, cleaning gear, baskets, blankets, tables, reusable tableware, serving dishes and drink helpers. We do not sell gas grills, charcoal, fuel, flame devices or electrical devices.
Are your food-contact items safe?
Food-contact items use food-grade materials (FDA / LFGB referenced) and ship with care guidance. Follow the printed instructions, wash before first use, and replace items that show wear.
Are heat-resistant items fireproof?
No. Heat-resistant mitts, mats and tool handles are designed to tolerate normal grilling heat, but they are not fireproof. Keep them away from open flame, never use them to smother flames, and stay within any printed temperature limit.
Can these go in the dishwasher, microwave or oven?
It varies by item — always follow the care note on each product page. Many reusable pieces are top-rack dishwasher safe, but most are not intended for microwave, oven or stovetop use.
Do you make any health or performance claims?
No. We describe materials, care and intended use only. We make no health, medical, performance or protected-brand claims.
Is the wine and glass holder sold with drinks?
No. The glass holder simply keeps stemmed glasses steady outdoors. Beverages are sold separately and are not included.
