Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide from the United States. All prices and charges are in USD.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is a flat $6.95. Orders of $55 or more ship free. Any duties or import taxes for international orders are the customer's responsibility.
How fast will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days; international delivery varies by destination and customs.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships. If something looks off, contact us at support@augustplumb.shop.
Do you ship restricted items?
No. We only ship cookout, grill-prep and picnic accessories. We never ship gas grills, charcoal, fuel, flame devices or electrical devices.
