Our return window, the hygiene rule for food-contact items, and how to start a return.
What is your return window?
Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
Can I return food-contact items after opening?
For hygiene and food-safety reasons, food-contact items (plates, cutlery, bowls, caddies, dispensers, mitts, basket contents and similar) cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos at support@augustplumb.shop. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
How do I start a return?
Email support@augustplumb.shop with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll reply with instructions. Return shipping for non-faulty items is the customer's responsibility.
When will I be refunded?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned items. Shipping charges are non-refundable except for faulty items.
