Who is responsible for my data?

What do you collect?
Order details (name, shipping address, email), enquiry and quote-form details, and basic technical data such as device and analytics information. We do not store full payment-card numbers — payments are handled by a PCI-compliant processor.
Why do you use it?
To process and ship orders, respond to enquiries and quotes, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and—only with consent—send updates. Our lawful bases include contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation and consent.
Do you share my data?
Only with service providers who help us operate — payment processing, shipping, email and analytics — under appropriate agreements. We never sell your personal information.
What are my rights?
Under GDPR you may access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and object to certain processing. Under CCPA you may request access or deletion and opt out of any sale of personal information (we do not sell it). Email us to exercise any right.
How long do you keep it?
We keep order records as required for tax and accounting, and enquiry data only as long as needed to help you. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.
